Rented a room in my apartment (in Stockholm, Sweden) during the period 20250801 – 20261130
\nMoved to Ireland of her own accord without paying debts, cleaning, moving out furniture and belongings at the end of the rental period.
\nDid not answer the phone or text messages after moving out at the end of October.
\nAt first refused to pay the rent for the month of November. Asked if I still had the contract. When I showed the contract, she agreed to pay the rent for the month of November.
\nUsed the deposit rent to pay the last two months even though it was not stipulated in the rental contract. The deposit is supposed to be paid back at the end of the rental period. That did not happen.
\nShe ruined a wooden strip in the kitchen by putting a damp cloth over it. Which led to mold in the sink. She was afraid that I would not return the deposit even though I had promised her. She persuaded me to accept a smaller payment than we had agreed on for the last two months and did not pay any rent in October – November, which forced me to use the deposit.<\/p>\n

Reason for debt
\nStolen keys and laundry tag at the end of the lease.
\nDid not pay for cleaning the last two months.
\nDid not clean upon move-out.
\nLeft behind large parts of her belongings without communicating, which led to me having to store these three months after the contract expired in order not to be prosecuted for arbitrary action. If she had written that she did not intend to assert the right to her belongings, I could have thrown away the furniture already on December 1st.<\/p>\n

Saw a male friend on one occasion. The rest of the times it was women who were referred to as cousins \u200b\u200band friends. Women who stayed over weekends and on one occasion for a whole week.<\/p>\n

Said she worked as an aupair, cleaner and her own caterer.<\/p>\n

\nSvarade inte i telefon eller p\u00e5 SMS efter utflytt i slutet p\u00e5 oktober.
\nV\u00e4grade f\u00f6rst att betala hyran f\u00f6r november m\u00e5nad. Fr\u00e5gade om jag hade kvar kontraktet. N\u00e4r jag visade kontraktet gick hon med p\u00e5 att betala november m\u00e5nads hyra.
\nAnv\u00e4nde depositionshyran f\u00f6r att betala de tv\u00e5 sista m\u00e5naderna \u00e4ven fast det inte stipulerades s\u00e5 i hyreskontraktet. Depositionen \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt att betalas tillbaka vid hyrestidens slut. S\u00e5 skedde inte.
\nHon f\u00f6rst\u00f6rde en tr\u00e4list i k\u00f6ket genom att l\u00e4gga en fuktig duk \u00f6ver den. Vilket ledde till m\u00f6gel i diskb\u00e4nken. Hon var r\u00e4dd att jag inte skulle l\u00e4mna tillbaka depostionen \u00e4ven fast jag lovat henne det. Hon vingade mig att dels ta emot en mindre betalning \u00e4n vad vi kommit \u00f6verens om de tv\u00e5 sista m\u00e5naderna och betalade ingen hyra oktober – november vilket tvingade mig att anv\u00e4nda depostionen.<\/p>\n

\nBetalade inte f\u00f6r st\u00e4dning de tv\u00e5 sista m\u00e5naderna.
\nSt\u00e4dade inte vid utflytt.
\nL\u00e4mnade kvar stora delar av sina saker utan kommunicera, vilket ledde till att jag m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rvara dessa tre m\u00e5nader efter kontraktets utg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att inte bli \u00e5talade f\u00f6r egenm\u00e4ktigt f\u00f6rfarande. Hade hon skrivit att hon inte hade f\u00f6r avsikt att h\u00e4vda r\u00e4tten till sina \u00e4godelar kunde jag sl\u00e4ngt bohaget redan f\u00f6rsta december.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5g en manlig v\u00e4n vid ett tillf\u00e4lle. Resten av g\u00e5ngerna var det kvinnor som ben\u00e4mndes kusin och v\u00e4nnina. Kvinnor som stannade \u00f6ver helger och vid ett tillf\u00e4lle en hel vecka.
\nSade sig arbeta som aupair, st\u00e4dare och egen catering.<\/p>\n
