Rented a room in my apartment (in Stockholm, Sweden) during the period 20250801 – 20261130
Moved to Ireland of her own accord without paying debts, cleaning, moving out furniture and belongings at the end of the rental period.
Did not answer the phone or text messages after moving out at the end of October.
At first refused to pay the rent for the month of November. Asked if I still had the contract. When I showed the contract, she agreed to pay the rent for the month of November.
Used the deposit rent to pay the last two months even though it was not stipulated in the rental contract. The deposit is supposed to be paid back at the end of the rental period. That did not happen.
She ruined a wooden strip in the kitchen by putting a damp cloth over it. Which led to mold in the sink. She was afraid that I would not return the deposit even though I had promised her. She persuaded me to accept a smaller payment than we had agreed on for the last two months and did not pay any rent in October – November, which forced me to use the deposit.

Reason for debt
Stolen keys and laundry tag at the end of the lease.
Did not pay for cleaning the last two months.
Did not clean upon move-out.
Left behind large parts of her belongings without communicating, which led to me having to store these three months after the contract expired in order not to be prosecuted for arbitrary action. If she had written that she did not intend to assert the right to her belongings, I could have thrown away the furniture already on December 1st.

Said she worked as an aupair, cleaner and her own caterer.
